Elizabeth Quay Lot 2&3 project is a mixed development residential apartments, hotel and museum. A 50 storey residential tower will sit on Lot 2 and 25 storey mixed use tower on Lot 3
Scope of Works
Avopiling WA Pty Ltd was awarded to construct bored piles 108No-1200mmØ x 39.00 metres deep, 12No-900mmØ x 36.00 metres deep using polymer drilling fluid and a diaphragm wall with a total length of 412.00 metres. The D-wall is made up of 66No-600mm wide diaphragm wall panels to depths of 11.00 metres to 37.50 metres.
