Bored PilesThe project is a facility to handle international and interstate freight containers. Moorebank Intermodal is next to the Southern Sydney Freight Line which provide a direct rail access to the facility.
Scope of Works
CPB Contractors engaged Avopiling Australia to construct the bored pile foundations of Pier 3, 4 and 5 of the Georges River Bridge Crossing. Piles are to be constructed using temporary to sacrificial steel casings measuring 2870mmØ O.D. to lengths up to 8.00 meters and drill depths to 12.00 meters.
