Project Outline
The site is on a 25,000 square meter property to accommodate 5 residential / commercial buildings. The development of the site named "One The Waterfront" shall be undertaken by Piety THP Development.
Scope of Works
Piety THP engaged Avopiling to design and construct the diaphragm perimeter wall and the foundation piles of the buildings. The diaphragm wall system shall be 800mm wide to depths of 20.00 meters. Foundation piles are to be made of 600mmØ DDP drilled displacement piles, 450mm, 900mmØ and 1050mmØ CFA Piles all to depths of 21.00 meters.
