Dee Why RSL shall undergo redevelopment to be undertaken by J.Hutchinson Pty Ltd. A 5-storey split level basement parking within the diaphragm wall is the main amenity of Dee Why RSL.
Scope of Works
Avopiling Australia Pty Ltd is to deliver the construction of 31No diaphragm wall panels 800mm thick and depth of 20.00 meters after extraction of existing concrete piles.
